Camers is a listed Elizabethan farmhouse (not open) set in a west sloping site on the limestone of the Cotswold escarpment, with outstanding views over the Severn estuary. The 4 acres surrounding the house consist of a young wood and 2 ½ acres of garden. The garden has been intensively developed to provide fine vistas and a series of varied areas giving year round interest. The range of plants is very extensive, with good collections of a number of species. The garden is open for charity under the National Garden Scheme on only three days annually but parties of 15 or more may visit on request between 1st Feb and end October.
Disabled Access: We have toilets with facilities for disabled within the garden. Most parts of the garden are accessible by wheelchair provided they can cope with the steep slopes of the cotswold escarpment.
